problems and needs as opposed to trying to SELL them something and Employees should be treated as part of a team with a company commitment to  training and other support that allows the employee to improve the team and  at the same time meet personal financial and career objectives.

Prior to starting Renaissance Business Systems with Tom, Bill spent nine years with an international consulting firm on a number of large projects. In 1990 he moved to Cleveland from Chicago and became a senior manager with a regional consulting firm in sales, marketing and strategic planning consulting.


Prior to Renaissance Business Systems , Tom was a professional services manager in an elite corp. of business consultants for a large regional consulting firm with headquarters in Cleveland.  Prior to that, Tom also served as an officer and consultant of local software consulting company.
